WHAT IS IT FOR?
Cicabalm is a multipurpose balm with bioactive ingredients effective in the treatment of affected areas, in particular those that are particularly dry and chapped on the body (hands, elbows, heels and feet) and on the face (scars and affected area).
The antioxidant action of Vitamin E combined with the antibacterial, soothing and regenerating action of honey are designed to help the skin’s natural regenerative processes and to deeply soften and nourish even the most delicate areas.
EFFECTS
A balm formulated with a mix of vegetable oils capable of deeply nourishing the skin and making it more elastic:
- Avocado oil protects the skin deeply and strengthens it against atmospheric aggressions such as cold, wind or mechanical trauma. The active ingredients contained inside carry out an important skin renewal action, with a consequent increase in hydration and elasticity.
- Olive oil, in addition to being rich in oleic acid, also contains squalene in its unsaponifiable part. This is able to promote healing and skin reconstruction. It has a soothing action on redness and irritation of lips and hands and is well tolerated even by the most sensitive skin.
- Cera Alba, also known as Beeswax, is made up of a mixture of water-repellent lipids that exert a protective action: they form a soft film on the skin capable of avoiding excessive loss of water. Ideal for sensitive, irritated and chapped skin.
- Honey, thanks to its recognized antimicrobial, humectant, emollient, hydrating and nourishing properties, is the ideal ally for chapped or very dry and dehydrated skin. It contains a high quantity of antioxidants which counteract the action of free radicals. It is also an ally in the treatment of acne thanks to its recognized antimicrobial properties.

HOW TO USE IT?
Given its thick and dense nature, simply apply a very small amount to the affected area, after cleansing. Massage gently and leave on. If using as a nighttime compress, apply a more generous amount and cover with gauze or a pair of cotton socks/gloves. It is also ideal for treating scars or particularly red areas.
Apply the product as needed during the day or in the evening as a nighttime compress.
